Before we serve up the fun, here are a few simple policies to keep things bubbly and smooth.
1. Contract Acceptance
By making a deposit or payment, you agree to our policies. We may update these terms with written notice to you.
2. Payment, Deposits & Cancellations
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 15 days before the event. All payments are non-refundable, and we do not accept cancellations once booked.
3. Alcohol Service & Client Responsibilities
Guests must be 21 or older to request alcohol. Service ends at 2:00 AM (last call at 1:45 AM). We may refuse service to intoxicated or disruptive guests. You must provide all alcoholic beverages and ice. We’ll recommend quantities based on your guest count. You are also responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or licenses for alcohol service and ensuring the venue allows it.
4. Insurance & Liability
We carry general liability and liquor liability insurance. However, we are not liable for incidents beyond our control. You are responsible for any damage to our rental items or property during the event.
5. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
We cannot guarantee accommodations for all allergies or dietary needs and are not liable for allergic reactions or related incidents. Please inform your guests accordingly.
6. Event Changes & Force Majeure
Notify us in writing of any changes (time, location, guest count) 30 days before your event; late changes may incur fees. We are not liable for failure to perform due to unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes). Rescheduling is possible based on availability.
7. Gratuity, Taxes & Media Rights
Taxes are included in our prices. If you opt out of displaying a tip jar, a 25% gratuity will be added. We may take photos or videos for promotional use; to opt out, submit a request in writing before payment.
8. Setup, Breakdown & Weather
We need access to the venue 1-2 hours prior to the event for setup and 1-2 hours after the event for breakdown. Delays may result in extra charges. For outdoor events, you must provide shelter for the bar in case of bad weather. Unsafe conditions may lead to service refusal.
Thank you
